Orders placed before 4pm during store hours M-F 10:00am-6:00pm, and orders placed before 2pm during store hours on Sat. 10:00am-4:00pm will be ready the same day. Please allow 2 hours for your order to be prepared. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed outside of these hours will be ready the next day we are open.
We will hold your order until you, or an authorized individual are available to come by.
Orders can be picked up daily, during our store hours.
M-F 10:00am-6:00pm and Sat. 10:00am-4:00pm.
(We know parking is sometimes difficult in the downtown area.) Give us a call if you need us to run your order to your car! Just pull-up to the front and we will bring it out to you!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. USPS Priority Mail delivery standard is 1-3 business days. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.99 flat rate shipping across the United States.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, tags are attached, then we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
We accept store credit returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, tags are attached, then we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
